Basically I would love to do this but I dont have the funds currently, and my best mate said to me "if ya going to do it don't bankrupt yourself mate its not worth it". Due to the amount of support I've had I thought it'd be silly not to try, but what if i just raise $1000 bucks? I can't turn my house into a pirate ship for that. So the answer is, if i don't get the $1,448,040 then it goes to charity, and if i do somehow get the money then anything over that goes to charity. The only case where charity doesn't get something is if somehow i get exactly $1,448,040!
What will i spend the money on? Primarily
Well basically there will probably be a shitload of tax taken as well by the taxman.
Why should you donate? Its optional, in the best case I can build the house, worst case it goes to charity - and thats not so bad is it?
